We hire, onboard, and manage employees under our structured employment model, providing long-term workforce stability in high-production environments. Our team provides long-term workforce within poultry processing plants, maintaining strict employment compliance standards, payroll processing, and operational stability.

Our Employment Model

At F&I Labor LLC, individuals are hired directly under our company long-term and remain employed under our structured workforce at the chicken processing company. Employees are required to work 9 months as long as they comply with the policies of both the poultry processing company and F&I Labor. We manage all the onboarding, compliances, and payroll administration. We operate through structured employment and workforce stability. Individuals are interviewed by F&I Labor Operations Director and Poultry Plant Supervisors. Then once approved, employees MUST attend orientation with F&I Labor Community Relations & Operations Director.

Opportunities are in Union Springs Alabama, and Enterprise Alabama, where they are offered Day & Night shifts available in these specific departments.
